SITE NOTICE

We, Cairn Homes Properties Ltd, intend to apply for Planning Permission to amend a Large-scale Residential Development (LRD) permitted by Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Reg. Ref. LRD25A/0985/WEB at this site measuring c.2.8 hectares (area of proposed change relates to part of this site and measures c. 0.13 hectares), known as Ashwood Farm located on Glenamuck Road South, Carrickmines, Dublin 18.

The development will consist of:

The addition of one storey to a permitted apartment block resulting in a maximum building height of 6 storeys. The additional storey will contain 12 residential apartments, incorporating 6 no. 1-bedroom units and 6 no. 2-bedroom units, all with private amenity space in the form of balconies. The development will also include all other ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. The planning application may be inspected or purchased for a fee not exceeding a reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, during its public opening hours of Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and viewed on the Council’s website – www.dlrcoco.ie.

A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority, on payment of a fee of €20 within 5 weeks of receipt of the application by the Planning Authority and such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions or may refuse to grant permission.
